Warranty Coverage
All eligible UVRENA lighting fixtures are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty, beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by unsuitable operating conditions.
If you experience a potential manufacturing defect, please contact support@uvrena.com with your order details and supporting photos.

Sizing tip: Both sizes are as wide as they are tall, so neither towers over a surface. Choose the 6.3" size when space is tight or you want a pair; choose the 7.9" size when the lamp is meant to make more of a statement. The cord extends 59" from the base.

Is the base real stone, or just the shade?
Both pieces are natural stone. The base and shade are made from translucent alabaster, so the light travels through the entire silhouette rather than stopping at the shade. Natural veining and thickness vary from piece to piece, making every UVRENA lamp distinct.
Does the shade sit securely on the base?
The shade rests securely in normal use, but it is not permanently fixed down. Always lift the lamp by the base, never by the shade, when moving or cleaning it.
Is a bulb included, and which light source should I use?
Plug-in versions include a removable bulb with a standard E27 screw base, supplied in a warm-white tone. Warm light around 2700K is the color temperature used in our photography and brings out the stone's golden glow. Cool white at 4000K or above can make natural alabaster appear gray rather than warm. Wireless charging versions use an integrated LED light source that is not user-replaceable.
How does it turn on, and how long is the cord?
Plug-in model: no wiring is needed—install the included bulb, plug it in, and use the inline push-button switch on the cord. The cord extends 59 inches (about 150 cm) from the base. Wireless charging model: charge it before use, then place it anywhere without an outlet. A touch button on the base turns the lamp on and off.
Can the lamp be dimmed?
For the plug-in version, dimming depends on the bulb you choose. Use a compatible dimmable E27 bulb and a suitable dimmer. The wireless charging version uses its integrated LED and is controlled by the touch button on the base.
Which size should I choose?
Both sizes are as wide as they are tall. Choose the 6.3" size for a compact nightstand, shelf, or a pair beside the bed. Choose the 7.9" size for a console, sideboard, or desk corner where the lamp should have more presence.
How do I clean it, and can I use it in a bathroom?
Dust with a dry, soft cloth only. Alabaster is porous and softer than glass, so avoid damp cloths, glass cleaner, vinegar, and abrasive products. Keep the lamp in a dry indoor space. It is rated IP20 and is not waterproof; bathroom steam and moisture may permanently mark the stone.
