These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uvrena online store and your purchase of products from Uvrena. Returns, damaged or incorrect products, refund timing, and related conditions are governed by our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is in addition to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellation may not be possible after processing or shipment has begun. If an order cannot be changed, our Refund Policy may provide return options after delivery.
